Motivation can be very contagious, however I never try to motivate other people. Instead I focus on motivating myself. When I am truelly motivated, I know those around me will catch my enthusiasm.
This is true in any area of ministry. If you stay motivated, those you lead will become motivated too. Below are 5 ways I learned throughout my life to keep myself motivated. Spoiler alert here’s nothing unusual or ground-breaking on this list, but these methods work for me and sometimes we just need to be reminded of the simplicity of the Gospel.
